Cleco Named Top Utility by Business Facilities Magazine
Cleco has been named a Top Utility in Economic Development for 2026 by Business Facilities magazine, a first for our company.
This recognition reflects our reliable energy supply, ongoing infrastructure investments, customer-focused programs and commitment to supporting business growth and job creation across Louisiana.
We continue to invest heavily in our electric system to help communities across the state attract and retain business and the jobs that come with that growth. Cleco is investing in over 550 infrastructure improvement projects that will reduce power outages and improve reliability. In 2025, Cleco kept the power on over 99.9% of the time and broke ground on one of the largest renewable energy projects in Louisiana.
